Standard Chartered Bank - Kuala Lumpur - Job Description 1) Sales / Productivity Management • Set up a team of High Value Segment team and drive NTB/NTS PIB that penetrate relationship. • Lead the team to achieve sales target and meeting service standard. • Manage team resource & ensure fully capacitized per approved caplan. • Strategic planning & organize monthly sales activities & acquisition campaign • Ensure good customer service and follow up for all customers • Devise acquisition strategies and action plans to maximize sales performance • Spearheading high value segment team in executing sales/marketing campaign and activities. • Drive regular/periodic meetings to provide support / updates for sales campaigns and activities • Instill best in class sales discipline by fostering the sales professionalism and consultative cross selling to cultivate long-term relationships • Develop and constant review sales staff' scorecard, set measurable targets that align to key business priorities • Build a positive working environment... - Permanent - Full-time
