Reliability Engineer
Malaysia - Our client is an established nutritional plant based in Tuas Job Description As the Reliability Engineer, you are responsible for the following tasks: Formulate and implement routine preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance for the process plant and equipment Carry out regular review to improve the maintenance programme to enhance reliability and to comply with cGMP, ISO, HACCP and Statutory requirements Plan the deployment of technicians to execute the routine maintenance, emergency breakdown repair and engineering activities needed for the product campaigns and annual shutdown maintenance Provide expertise and technical knowledge to troubleshoot through root cause analysis to improve the reliability of the plant and equipment Plan, organise and execute plant modification projects to enhance safety, operability and efficiency of the plant and equipment Establish maintenance and operation budgets and exercise an effective cost control over these funds The Successful Applica... - Permanent - Full-time
