Caerus Global Search (Licence no. 11C5486) - Kuala Lumpur - Reporting to the Regional MD, you will direct, manage and be responsible for all fiscal activities of the company which will includes business forecasts, budgets and annual financials to provide insight to the organization’s operations and business outlook. Strategic financial input and advice on business initiatives and strategies are part of the responsibilities. You will look into ways to streamline policies, processes and procedures that will improve operational effectiveness. Part of your role also requires you to mentor and guide direct reports to develop a high performing team and also being a strong partner to the Regional MD to improve overall profitability and performance for the business.
