Contract Manager - Malaysia
Sabah - Scope of Work: Responsible for the overall operation of the Contractor work with the Company. Liaise with the Company Representative and shall ensure that all work, including the compliant of reports and the like, is completed expeditiously. Responsible for the supply of competent, experienced and qualified personnel. Be fully aware of, and shall comply with, and cause the Contractor personnel to comply with, the requirements of the Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 (ACT 304) and all other regulations in force in Malaysia or which may come into force in Malaysia during the Contract, with regards to ionizing radiation. Ensuring that all West Malaysian / Regional / Global workers International passports and Working Permits requirements are always valid during employment. Ensuring that progress of training and Malaysianization is in line with the programme approved by Company.
