Accounts Executive
Damansara Perdana, Selangor - Prepare month-end schedules, accounts analysis and group reporting package. Analyze balance sheet, profit and loss on any discrepancies. Manage fixed assets register. Assist in annual budgets and analysis of variances. Coordinate year-end audit, prepare audit schedules and handle audit queries. Prepare tax schedules, attend tax queries and tax compliance reporting. Verify and review accounts closing statements from the retail outlets. Verify expenses claims from the retail outlets. Reconcile daily sales remittance with reported sales to ensure all sales are properly accounted for. Reconcile and perform clearing for the goods-in-transit accounts and cash-in-transit accounts by coordinating with relevant personnel. Any ad-hoc arrangement as required. Requirements: Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance or partially in ACCA / CIMA. Minimum 2 years of related experience. Preferable in Retail / FMCG background industry.
