General Manager - MEP

In Malaysia they are currently managing number of iconic mixed-use, commercial and hospitality projects. The Role Coordinate the MEP design works within the development in accordance to the timeline and budget as determined by the project team. Review and assess overall MEP design for infrastructure works, digital masterplan, district power & cooling, etc. Assist with design coordination and project management. Assess and evaluate the performance of MEP consultants, contractors & suppliers. Ensure compliance to technical / MEP work requirements. Review and comment on design documents. Provide technical guidance and support. Monitor Value Engineering exercise amongst respective consultants and various disciplines.
