Sr Project Manager: BSS / VAS
Quinnox Solutions Pte Ltd - Malaysia - General Description of Duties and Responsibilities The following is a list of job duties and responsibilities, including essential and marginal tasks. Position: 1. Project delivery management for software service division in BSS(OCS, CBS, CRM, Billing etc) or VAS (Value Added Service) domain. 2. To lead assigned project delivery process management, relevant presales service support, Project KPI & HR budget management, project P&L management, and project resource management. 3. To own Project Profit and Loss final accountability. 4. To lead major/critical service bidding project by taking the role of service bidding manager. 5. To own E2E accountability for the success of BSS or VAS project assigned as well as the service cost budget vs actual accuracy. 6. To own customer satisfaction survey results in project delivery part. 7. To own Project Revenue (PAC/FAC) accountability and Project Billable CR Ratio.
