Kuala Lumpur - Cost Estimation Specialist - Oil and Gas Operator - Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia My client is an oil and gas operator based in Malaysia. They operate in 32 countries and employ over 30,000 people worldwide. They are currently expanding so a position has become available for a Cost Estimation Specialist at their offices in Kuala Lumpur. JOB PURPOSE: Lead and monitor the integrated project cost estimating and cost control from Pre-Feasibility Study, Detailed Feasibility Study and Front End Engineering Design to ensure quality and timely execution of the project. The ideal candidate will have: - 15 years' experience in doing cost engineering/cost estimation - 10 years of upstream oil and gas experience - A bachelor degree in any engineering/science - Operator experience Interviews are regularly held in Dubai and in KL in the coming months and the successful applicant will fulfill their role in Malaysia where expat packages are available if applicable.
