Kuala Lumpur - Senior Geophysicist A mid sized Operator is actively looking to increase its subsurface competency in the Asia-Pac region. Key Objectives Carried out 3D seismic interpretation and attribute analysis for development wells. Apply quantitative interpretation and attribute analysis for development wells. Apply quantitative interpretation techniques such as seismic reservoir characterization and AVO analysis, seismic inversion to optimize exploration , appraisal and development of hydrocarbon pools. Provide geophysics support to well drilling operations. Assist in planning and optimizing well trajectories using seismic data. Jointly gathers transfer and organizes seismic data and interpreted information onto database systems. Extends geophysical interpretation methods that have been calibrated against existing developed field data into adjacent areas with development potential.
