Performing repairs of televisions for end customer warranty service. Checking out the customer environment condition of customer TVs to ensure proper root cause identified. Completely checking out and diagnose the problem in the televisions. Detecting damages and other defects and perform the break fix. Perform PCB repair if the TV board is faulty. Following all normal operating procedure of the business. Working in tandem with the business program coordinator. Effectively managing time and also meeting all pointed out targets as well as due dates. Performing all undertakings as designated by the management.
