Head of Retail Leasing
Macdonald and Company - Malaysia - Our client is a leading Retail developer and asset owner in Asia. They are looking for a Head of Leasing to join their team in KL. Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic plans at group level that address issues in the leasing at malls. Formulate and implement of leasing policies and internal control procedures and ensure strict compliance of malls to the corporate guidelines. Prepare the annual forecast and maintain the budget of the department in accordance with the operating needs. Coordinate with leasing team via executing and coordinating sound leasing strategies towards achieving the targeted income. Plan and implement of the tenancy mix in the retail mall and conduct of dynamic and effective leasing strategies to achieve the desired tenancy mix. Promote good landlord-tenant relationship, monitor tenants business, provide tenants assistance and restructure tenant mix in the malls. Monitor all current and future vacancies to proactively react to future occupancy needs.... - Permanent - Full-time
