GENERAL MANAGER (Construction)-Selangor Responsibilities: - The incumbent will be responsible for managing multiple projects and all phases of project implementation undertaken by the Company. - To manage & coordinate all multi-disciplinary construction works of the project including architectural, engineering, specialist works, interior fit-out and testing & commissioning of works. - Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, quality and cost. - Track projects progress through all phases, provide timely report & feedback to Management. - Liaison with all relevant authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth execution and implementation of the project for timely completion. - Identify project risks and execute action plans to mitigate. - Ensure project processes and documents comply with C... - Contract - Part-time
