RBC Investor & Treasury Services - Kuala Lumpur - RESPONSIBILITIES: Training Deliver training to the department through the TM academy and modular training Develop and review training material to ensure it’s accuracy and relevance to the business model Identify areas of development that are required in the department Assist in the rollout of new or enhanced processes as required Complete training MI and review of the competency matrix Operational responsibilities Use technical excellence to ensure deliverables are of a high quality in terms of accuracy and consistency. Escalation point for TM staff in providing technical support and advice. Understand the business environment and translate business processes into system requirements. Develop and support process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity. Work on project initiatives and migrations as the need arises.
