ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT - LEGAL
Malaysia - · Mainly to manage the counsels on the legal implication of the company activities. · To provides counsel to company personnel corporates matters comprising legal documentation and advice with the objective of adhering to the regulations and minimizing legal risks. · Responsible to handles the registration and protection of patents and trademarks where required. · To support the Company in any legal action taken against it and provide advice in initiating legal action against aggressors. · Obtains the services of outside counsel as required to complement available internal legal resources.
