Malaysia - This global oil and gas industry located at north of peninsular Malaysia is looking for a Head of Human Resources. This position reports directly to the general manager. This position leads the human resources, training and recruitment team of the organisation and ensure compliance and implementation of processes and systems from perspective of global as well as local policies. The head of human resources is responsible for providing advice, developing, implementing and managing human resources policy and strategy that contributes to the achievement of the Company's business goals and objectives. Duties include developing and implementing human resources systems and procedures, recruitment and selection of professionals in all roles and levels.
