Senior Manager, Business Development
Standard Chartered Bank - Kuala Lumpur - Job Description • Develop overall Segment strategy and planning to improve PIB P&L and business growth • Work closely with Finance and Performance team on Budget, planning and quarterly forecast • Support GM in developing segment initiative to improve KPI - PPC, Rev/ RM, Rev/ Cust, productivity etc. • Work closely with management to leverage opportunity and mitigate segment risk • Develop capacity plan to achieve growth in market share • Plan and ensure healthy growth in capacity & portfolio to support business growth. Ensure productivity/ profitability of RM/ customer meeting growth plan • Oversee overall segment agenda/ campaign to improve portfolio quality o Number of customer: Acquisition strategy inclusive of NTB and upgrades o Quality portfolio: Customer product penetration & deepening strategy o Portfolio Activation: Dormancy, pre-emptive attrition and win-back • Drive and control all central portfolio management initiatives including leads management, campaign effectiveness, x-... - Permanent - Full-time
