Agensi Pekerjaan Jobsmart Sdn Bhd - Malaysia - Job Descriptions: Participate in design development in association with the appointed consultants especially structural works including high-rise buildings during tender stage for design and build contract. Coordinate closely with design consultants to develop cost effective and buildable system upon contracts awarded for all types of building contract. Handle Value Engineering Audit of consultants’ design. Optimise the applicability of design works during construction implementation to attain profit maximization. Assist to explore alternative designs (conceptually) and their suitability prior to requesting the appointed consultants to carry out the detailed design. Provide assistance to develop construction shop drawings as and when necessary. Provide assistance to prepare design reports and ensure timely submission of design calculations to the approving parties during construction.
