Kuala Lumpur - Job Descriptions: Project Supportive roles: Ironing out the process flows between divisions to ensure smooth process flows are implemented throughout the transitional period and ensuring any system or process hiccups are attended to. Continue supporting the Finance team during the transitional period on reports building, if any Engage in occasional ad-hoc UAT if any, on behalf of Finance users to test on certain process flow AP / Treasury module: Closely monitor the AP module to ensure users are able to cope with Finance systems Ascertain the possibility of month end reconciliation process to ensure systems are reconciled during the transitional period. Lack of treasury module in current finance project also required intent monitoring of the bank reconciliation to ensure the process is not deter.
