Real Estate Developer - Malaysia - Director, Project Management [Description] As the Director of Project Management, you will be in the key position representing the Client to manage the development of the latest iconic high-rise landmark within Kuala Lumpur. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing international consultants, contractors and subcontractors, vendors etc. - Coordinating approvals - Overseeing the enforcement of safety and quality control protocols - Ensuring the project progresses smoothly - Ensure that the project is completed within the stipulated cost and time, and adheres to strict quality standard at all times Requirements: - Degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Architecture or equivalent - 15 years of experience in overseeing the entire process of developing a large, high-rise, mixed use project from design development to tender process to completion of construction. - Experience in managing a large pool of- multi disciplinary international teams of consultants and contractors. - Invo... - Permanent - Full-time
