Warranty Executive
Career Channel Sdn Bhd - Kuala Lumpur - Job Descriptions: Secure that implemented methods, procedures and processes (SOP) follow the global warranty manual. Continuously train branch staff to understand and follow the above mentioned SOP’s. Support branches in warranty interpretations. Evaluate branch performance to identify additional training needs. Feedback performance to branch executives and staff. Be aware of all warranty activities on branch level. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
