Advance Sustainable Solutions Provider - Malaysia - Senior Design Project Manager (Malaysia) [Description] The Senior Manager will lead the design and material supply team in the successful completion upon awarded the project. The incumbent will report to the General Manager and will have close working coordination with Design, Logistics, Sales and Accounts departments. Responsibilities: • Manage, develop and document the projects from award stage through to final account. • Improve and review on design and material supply contracting including terms, conditions, risks and compliance. • Working closely with internal and external parties and achieving this by maintaining close relationship. • Manage delivery of design and approval of drawings as well as materials. • Manage training for installation team. Requirements: • A Degree/Diploma in quantity surveying, engineering, building or construction with more than 10 years of relevant experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to read, understand and organize... - Permanent - Full-time
